Meet Sarah 

 

With a license to teach Polestar Pilates, CoreAlign & the Oov, I provide a comprehensive approach to help my clients regain health, balance and wellbeing. I am a NZ trained Physiotherapist, working with John Barnes Myofascial release techniques to release resistance and pain and dysfunction caused by past trauma helping to regain harmony and balance.
